DR ROBERT ADAMS
Principal Chiropractor – Chermside
Robbie was born in the Victorian High country to a farming family. This background has instilled in him the importance of prioritising health in your life, with his family seeing Chiropractors for as long as he can remember to keep them functioning at their best.
Once finishing school Robbie went straight to RMIT University in Melbourne to follow his dream and start his chiropractic career. Robbie’s passion for spreading the Chiropractic message of health has led him to expand First Choice Chiropractic across south east QLD.
Robbie’s hobbies include Indoor Skydiving, Martial arts, Reading, Reformer Pilates and training at the gym. His future goals include finishing his certification in the Diplomate of Chiropractic Paediatrics program and to become even more involved in the local community.
He hopes to expand FCChiro into more suburbs around the Brisbane area to continue to provide great quality Chiropractic care to more Australians!
RACHEL GRADY
Head Of Operations
Rachel spend most of her growing years in Brisbane and made the move to Warwick, QLD in 2001 with her husband, Scott, and 4 sons, Dylan (associate Chiropractor at FCC), Ryan (electrician), Callum (live music booking agent and music festival director), and Connor (boilermaker and car restorator). There Rachel and her family began their Chiropractic journey and completely turned their health around – drug and surgery free.
With her ferocious passion for spreading the Chiropractic message, Rachel eagerly began her career as a Chiropractic Assistant in 2005 and has become an integral part of the FCC family, leading our team as Practice Manager. Her happy and enthusiastic nature has become her trademark and many laughs can be heard in the office because of this! Rachel loves reading, cooking, exercising, and spending time with her family and her Groodle Waffles.
DR JADE-TINA YILYN CHANG
Chiropractor – Warwick and Toowong
Jade was born and bred in Melbourne, her twin sister is an osteopath and they both wanted to work in the healthcare industry since primary school due to a keen interest in the human body and the sciences.
After completion of her VCE Jade studied at RMIT University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Chiro) and a Masters of Clinical Chiropractic. Jade moved to Warwick in 2014 upon graduating to begin an associateship which honed an interest in Applied Kinesiology which has led to her attending the seminar series as well as many AGM’s.
After living in Warwick for 5.5 years Jade moved to Brisbane in mid 2019, while still practising in Warwick she now also works in our Toowong clinic, bringing her wonderful caring attitude to the people of Brisbane!
In 2018 Jade completed a 2 year Post-Graduate Diplomate in Chiropractic Paediatrics, which is of course one of her special interest areas, as well as Pregnancy care, family care and applied kinesiology.
Jade has a keen interest in travel, food (cheese anyone?), reformer pilates and indoor skydiving.
DR DYLAN GRADY
Chiropractor – Chermside & Springfield Central
Dylan discovered Chiropractic after his family began care while he was child. He was amazed with the positive changes he saw in his own, as well as his family members health and still remembers being 11 years old when he declared he would one day become a Chiropractor!
If you were to ask him, he will tell you that one of his happiest moments in life was when he graduated as a Chiropractor in 2015 from RMIT having achieved a distinction in both his Bachelor and Masters’ degrees.
Dylan enjoys helping people from all walks of life become the best possible versions of themselves. Dylan believes in a patient centred approach and adopts many techniques to achieve the best result for every individual.
These treatment techniques include but are not limited to soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercises, applied kinesiology, dynamic taping, western acupuncture,
nutritional/lifestyle advice and of most importance, the chiropractic adjustment!
Dylan also believes in the importance of self-growth and development and uses this to further his own education including post graduate studies in paediatrics and currently attaining his international sports chiropractic qualification.
Dylan has practiced Chiropractic since 2015 in Australia and overseas in a clinical environment as well as “in the field”. This includes volunteering at various sporting competitions, churches, schools and orphanages and paid positions at various workplaces.
DR IRMA BRAN HERNANDEZ
Chiropractor – Springfield
Irma graduated with a Bachelor of Science (biomedical) at the University of QLD in 2002. She then went on to pursue her Masters in Chiropractic graduating from Macquarie University 2005.
She has been serving the Springfield area since 2007. In that time she has seen the area and its people grow, treating the very young all the way through to the elderly. She is very passionate about health, people and chiropractic. She also has a special interest in treating pregnant women.
Irma approaches her treatment using manual adjustments, soft tissue releases and mobilizations, incorporating a variety of techniques including Diversified, drop piece and activator instrument adjusting. In addition to treatment, Irma prescribes home care including core strengthening exercises, flexibility exercises and also lifestyle changes.
Born in El Salvador and arriving in Australia in 1989, Irma is fluent in Spanish and enjoys exploring food adventures and spending time with her family. She is also an avid jetsetter with a deep passion for soccer. VAMOS Real Madrid and Chelsea!
DR DAMON MARANO
Chiropractor – Chermside
Dr. Damon was born and raised in the small town of Home Hill in North Queensland. He embarked on a journey to Brisbane in 2019 to pursue his passion for holistic healthcare, completing a Bachelor of Science in Chiropractic and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic, with distinction.
His treatment philosophy centres on improving optimal function and overall well-being through manual adjustments. Trained in diversified techniques, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation protocols, drop piece, and activator methods, he offers a comprehensive approach to address a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns.
Dr. Damon’s journey into chiropractic originates from his own struggles with chronic headaches throughout his childhood. He tried various treatment avenues, ultimately leading to discovering the impact of chiropractic care, igniting a passion to empower others to reclaim their health and vitality.
Outside of the Chermside clinic, you’ll often find Dr Damon either enjoying quality time with friends and family or at the gym, embodying the balance he promotes in his patients’ lives.

DR PAUL KELLY
Chiropractor – Toowong
Paul grew up on the Gold Coast and attended high school in Brisbane. His introduction to Chiropractic was in the early 80’s while he was in the United States on contract playing American football.
The chiropractors on staff with the franchise were managing all the sporting injuries for the team. They worked on his shoulders, knees and any other medical concerns with non-invasive drug and surgery free health care.
Paul completed his pre-med degree and transferred to chiropractic school where he then completed his chiropractic doctorate in 1991.
Upon returning to Australia, he commenced practice in Darwin NT. Over the next few years, he started practices in Broome, Derby, and Kununurra in Western Australia and Palmerston, Katherine and Groote Eylandt in the Northern Territory. A few years later, he purchased practices in Capalaba and Toowong in Queensland.
Upon moving back to Brisbane he has practised in Toowong and has loved being here serving the community since! After 30 years as a practitioner, it is a privilege to have Paul join with First Choice Chiropractic and continue serving the Toowong region, doing what he does best!
DR SAMSON LOWNEY
Chiropractor – Warwick & Springfield
Samson moved around a lot as a child due to his fathers work, and thus has lived in various places across SE Asia, Hong Kong, Laos with the majority of his early years in Taiwan. He moved back to Australia when he was in Grade 4 and was seeing Chiropractors from the age of 11, Samson loved his adjustments and they fit extremely well with his active lifestyle with Cricket and AFL being some of his passions.
Being a very hands on person, he knew he wanted to do something with his career to help people with their own health. Samson Loves knowing he can change peoples lives and improve their Health outcomes of the people of Warwick with his hands, whether they be 9 months old or 90!
Samson was attracted to Warwick as when he first visited for placement everyone had a smile on their face and he loves the country lifestyle in general. He is looking forward to seeing you on you.
DR RHYAN CARTER
Chiropractor – Runaway Bay
After starting another degree straight out of high school, Dr Rhyan soon realised that particular path wasn’t quite right for him and changed into the RMIT University Chiropractic program where he completed his BHSc (Chiro) for three years, and MClinChiro (Masters) for two years. Before graduating from university in 2013, Rhyan was actively involved in the programs Sports Chiropractic Club.
In 2015 he volunteered at the World Duathlon Championships in Adelaide and also at the Rio Olympic games in 2016 of which he gained invaluable experience.
In his spare time, Dr Rhyan enjoys participating in or watching a wide variety of sports.
Dr Rhyan loves seeing a wide range of community members from expecting mothers and newborns right through to sporting athletes and weekend warriors.
Dr Rhyan and his family are extremely excited to have moved to the Runaway Bay area and are looking forward to many years in this amazing area.

Dr Rhyan is from a Chiropractic family with his father still practicing in his hometown of Leeton in NSW, his uncle is a Chiro in Dubbo and his cousin finishing Chiro at Macquarie Uni shortly

DR SUBA MAHESWARAN
Chiropractor – Flagstone
Growing up in Malaysia, Suba has always wanted to drift away from the traditional idea of medicine which is when she discovered chiropractic. She was immediately drawn to the natural healing approach of the body – letting the body do what it needs to do and the importance of listening to it.
She started her chiropractic studies for 2 years in Malaysia, continued her studies in Melbourne, graduating in the year 2018. After working in Sydney and country of South Australia for a couple of years, she decided to move to Brisbane in the early 2023 and has been enjoying being here since.
Suba loves learning – where she regularly attends seminars for it. Her current interest now is SD protocol, in which she is doing some extra studies on it and was hoping to complete some postgrad studies in paediatrics in the near future( another scope that she is really interested on).
When she is not learning, Suba loves blogging, hiking and dessert hunting (loves chocolates)! F45 has been her go-to for staying fit and healthy.
DR GEORGIA EVRAT
Chiropractor – Annerley
Georgia was born and raised in the heart of Sunshine Coast. Her family began Chiropractic care when she was only a child. Having grown up with sports and a keen aspiration to live a full adventurous life, Georgia utilised the positivity of Chiropractic to reach her goals and continues to feel happy and healthy today.
Georgia’s passion stemmed from seeing her family thrive in life and went on to complete her Bachelors in Health Science (Chiropractic) and a Master’s degree in Clinical Chiropractic.
Georgia moved to Brisbane in 2021 where she now brings a vibrant passion for health and wellbeing to the Annerley Clinic.
Tailoring her techniques for every individual, she believes in a patient centred approach to helping people reach their goals and full potential in life. If it’s to walk pain-free upstairs, pick up your kids or ditch the sideline and get back on the field with the team she is excited to help.
Georgia’s hobbies include strength training, pilates, soccer and spending time with her family. She enjoys exploring mindfulness practices and aspires to help people see life with a cup half-full attitude.
DR DANIEL HARRIS-WOLF
Chiropractor – Springfield & North Lakes
Daniel grew up in Gladstone (Qld) and, at 16-years-old suffering a low back injury, was told he would not play sports anymore, BUT chiropractic changed his life, and he represented Australia (Oceanic Games) two years later.
After a career in government, he decided to finally study Chiropractic at Central Queensland University. There, he graduated with distinction and was awarded the number one chiropractic intern for Queensland campuses.
Daniel has a passion for helping people, plus all things fitness and nutrition. He absolutely loves what he does and believes that a job where he can make a difference in people’s lives would have to be one of the most rewarding careers available.
DR TRENT LOFTHOUSE
Chiropractor – North Lakes
Trent discovered Chiropractic while playing professional Ice Hockey over in North America. He suffered a few neck and head injuries while playing and was amazed at the results he received after getting chiropractic treatment.
After suffering constant headaches for years he became headache free thanks to chiropractic care. This fueled his ambition to become a chiropractor and help those experience the change he had.
Trent is originally from Vancouver, Canada, and moved to New Zealand to pursue a career in chiropractic at the world renowned New Zealand College of Chiropractic where he graduated with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Degree. Before heading to New Zealand he was granted a Psychology Degree at the University of Calgary.
Trent has a focused interest in individuals suffering from headaches and migraines, and those in particular who have suffered head injury. His expertise is in neurophysiology, cranial movement therapy and upper cervical techniques.
In his spare time he’s usually at the gym lifting weights, golfing or watching movies.
DR JACK MALTBY
Chiropractor – Underwood
The majority of Jack’s sporting life has been spent playing rugby, running marathons and going rock climbing, so his knowledge of injuries and rehab doesn’t just come from his studies, but also his own personal experience with them!
Having a background in Myotherapy as well as Chiropractic means that Jack loves treating not only the spine, but the whole body! Adjustments are a mainstay of his sessions along with exercise rehab, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, taping and training advice.
His time as a Myotherapist inspired a passion for teaching people about health and wellness, which led him to work as a University Educator at Endeavour College, as well as regularly running workshops on injury prevention at gyms around Brisbane.
Jack loves working with all kinds of people, but has a special interest in those wishing to embark upon a journey toward health through movement and exercise. This is why when he’s not in the clinic you can find him at the climbing gym!
DR ELISE WILLCOCKS
Chiropractor – Underwood
Dr Elise Willcocks (Chiropractor) has a passion for natural health. She combines her skills and knowledge to allow her patients to feel at peak. She loves seeing people gain improved life quality through decreased pain and improved posture while assisting them on this journey through chiropractic care.
Growing up, her mum experienced back and neck pain and was able to gain improvement through chiropractic adjustments. Dr Elise wanted to help others in a similar way and so after studying a Bachelor of Health Science at Western Sydney University, she went on to study a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.
Dr Elise enjoys keeping fit by jogging regularly. She also loves spending time with her family and taking her dog to the beach. She looks forward to meeting you to discuss your health goals and assisting you in moving in a positive direction towards an improved lifestyle.
DR BRIANNA NOLAN
Chiropractor – Underwood
Dr Brianna’s chiropractic journey started when she was 8 years old. Her whole family has regularly been to a chiropractor since then, with chiropractic positively impacting their lives in so many ways.
She graduated from CQUniversity in Brisbane with a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic.
She uses manual diversified adjustments, drop piece, activator, and rehabilitation advice. She has extra training in Thompson technique, Applied Kinesiology, and Syntropy adjustment training.
Her favourite part of being a chiropractor is helping patients understand the importance of a healthy nervous system.
Outside of work you will find Dr Brianna spending time with her two beloved dachshunds, Ruby and Archie. Her favourite downtime activity is reading books with her two sausage dogs by her side.
